HOW TO ORDER

Once you have decided which IQ Pool Spares products you wish to purchase, click on the 'add to cart' button on the appropriate page. This will add your chosen item to our secure online Paypal ordering facility. Then simply follow the payment instructions therein. Should you wish to purchase any more products before checking out, please click on the 'Continue Shopping' link on the Paypal buy page.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us to discuss which items you wish to purchase. All cheques are payable to Brenland Leisure Ltd.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to an error we have made or the goods are faulty, we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please contact us for advice.

Please note that delivery costs for an exchange or return are non-refundable unless the product/s in question are faulty or we have made an error.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping is completely FREE on all IQ Spares products to UK Mainland.
If you live outwith the UK Mainland, please contact us first to arrange postage and costs.

Please ensure that your delivery address matches your Paypal account or card billing address. If you wish to arrange delivery to other addresses, please contact us.

Please note that packaging may differ from that illustrated on IQ Pool Table Spares.
